My Corporate Teacher

I could say Iam not from any metro city. My schooling and graduation was from down south of TN. Iam very new to this corporate culture. I am unaware of all this hi-tech things. Still I could remember my initial days @ WIPRO how I addressed my colleagues “Sir’s” & “Mam’s”.If my manager asked me something I do not know what made me to stand up and answer him.But soon I blended with this kind of way of life.Corporate culture taught me to,Address your colleague (Whoever it may be, how old they may be) only by their names.

For whatever reason and person (How big they may be) you can address them,In your handy way (Might be funny to hear now, But it took some time for me to adjust with)With all these, my life moved just like that for six months in this corporate arena. I am a kind of person who hesitates to speak (Not because I don’t like,But when I speak they say I could not hear you)

I do not know how the project will be, its life cycle, requirement gathering, analysis, testing etc etc etc.But when I joined for a team, I got a new lead (I can say my corporate teacher) who taught me many things. I can say I identified rapid growth in me which made me proud to say that Iam one among the experienced person who can handle all the above said things.

I take this great occasion (Teachers day) to pay my respect and gratitude for making me what Iam now.
